I’m Dr Megha, a passionate watercolor artist and a certified art therapy facilitator, dedicated to empowering creativity and emotional healing through art. Since 2020, I’ve been guiding individuals in their artistic journey, offering online courses and workshops designed to nurture self-expression and well-being.

Despite earning a Master’s degree in Education with a Gold Medal, another in English Literature, and a diploma in Interior Design—all before my 30s—and securing a Ph.D. and a teaching position at a prestigious teacher training college, something still felt incomplete. There was a longing within me for a deeper connection, a way to blend passion with purpose. So, I took a bold leap of faith and embraced the creative profession, stepping into the world of art and art therapy. It’s here, in the world of colors and self-expression, that I finally found what was missing.
